17 May Air Dolomiti ATR72-200 (I-ADCD) Munich Franz Josef Strauss airport, Germany -/- 4/58 L
Shortly after take-off from Munich, bound for Venice, the crew reported smoke in the cabin and elected to return. While being vectored on to the ILS approach for runway 26L at Munich, the crew had to shut down No 2 engine following a fire warning.
